Jones and Cabacoy is located in Virginia Beach next to the City of Virginia Beach Municipal Complex. This 135,000 SF facility consists of foundations, slab-on-grade, slab-on-deck, and many CIP architectural features including decorative walls, a car wall, and a water wall.
