3800 Acqua Apartments and Royal Sail Apartments at Bridgeport

Bridgeport is a new, upscale, Mixed-Use development located in the Harborview area of Suffolk. Bayside Concrete has completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 and is continuing budgeting for upcoming phases of this beautiful project. To date, we have completed the foundations, slab-on-grade, and 2nd Floor Podium slabs for six buildings totaling over 325,000 SF of concrete construction. We look forward to continuing to budget, value-engineer, and performing work on future phases of this project to come.
