This new distribution hub will include 86 bays with over 172 shovel poured bollards. Bayside Concrete installed the footings, foundations, vehicle ramps. loading docks, CIP stairs, patio, stem walls, 42,720 SF warehouse slab on grade, 5,151 SF office slab on grade, maintenance building pad, retaining walls, and generator pads.
