The Brock Environmental Center is a LEED Platinum Certified building at Pleasure House Point built for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and is one of the most energy efficient and environmentally smart buildings in the world. The building was designed to meet the strict environmental standards set forth in the Living Building Challenge making it the most sustainable building in Virginia. Bayside Concrete completed the pile caps/grade beam foundations, elevated beams, piers, CIP structural columns and a 9,600 SF CIP elevated concrete deck.
