This apartment complex will include 288 units in 3 buildings plus a leasing office and clubhouse with pool area. The club house and Building B will be build on a slab on grade while Buildings A & C will have parking on the first floor and 4 stories of apartments on top of an extremely detailed podium slab. Bayside Concrete installed the footings, foundations, elevator walls, structural CIP columns, structural CIP elevated deck, and stairs. The building involved 207 columns using 197 yards of 5000 psi concrete, 426 tons of rebar, 24,264 LF of chamfer, and over 1,100 sheets of plywood to form the deck. There was 82,000 SF of slab on grade and over 65,000 SF of elevated CIP deck with 2,343 yards of concrete poured.
