The Reserve Apartments

This 198 unit apartment complex in a newly developed section of Williamsburg will feature 4 apartments buildings with 3 stories each and a clubhouse with pool area. Bayside Concrete will perform the footings, foundations, 4″ structural slab on grade, patios, garages, walls, and 6″ structural cast in place foundation walls. To construct the 12,000 LF of CIP walls that wrap around each of the 4 apartment buildings and garages we will use over 7,000 6″ snap ties. Bayside is also pouring the 66 balconies that are first floor level apartments.
