This 264 unit luxury apartment complex will feature 2 apartment building surrounding a clubhouse and pool complex. The buildings will consist of slab on grade parking decks with columns up to the podium deck that 4 floors of apartments will be built off of. Bayside Concrete installed the footings, pile cap foundations, elevator pits, slab on grade, elevated slabs, clubhouse slab, amenity pads, structural CIP columns, and structural CIP elevated slab. The post tension 12″ podium deck consist of 3,147 cubic yards and has 267 columns supporting it. This building contains over 245 tons of rebar. Bayside used the Skydeck System from Peri Formwork to support the podium deck. Check out our deck pour with 2 pumps running concrete at the same time!
